Harshita Rathore is presently a freelance sustainability workshop facilitator and her expertise lies in facilitation and course creation. Before coming to Canada, Harshita spent most of her time in hospitality field training and mentoring staff. Harshita has recently obtained her master’s degree in Education from the University of British Columbia, and also holds an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism. She is fluent in English and Hindi. She is fond of public speaking and previously has been a Vice President Public relation of her local Toastmaster’s International Club. Her current work focuses on personalized education and mostly related to behavior change towards sustainability. She is a strong advocate of collaborative and experiential learning. She likes to design workshops that cater to the specific needs of each learner as she believes one size doesn’t fit for all. Harshita lives in Vancouver, BC.
