If you are planning to attend, we ask that you please take a moment to RSVP on our EventBrite page.
This event is being held on the stolen homelands of the Coast Salish – Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ(Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) nations.
Childminding and one-zone transit tickets will be available on request (up to 1 day before for childminding). The date for ASL interpretation has now closed.
Washrooms are gender-inclusive.
The venue is wheelchair accessible by ramp. There is one single-stall wheelchair-accessible washroom.
Street parking is available. The venue is a short 7-minute walk from Olympic Village Skytrain Station and a 10-minute walk from Broadway and Cambie St.
The Beaumont Studios are not scent-free, but we are striving to create a scent-reduced space for the comfort and safety of our guests. We ask that all attendees not wear scented products – including perfume, cologne, (fresh) nail polish, scented body washes, and hairspray.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Operations Coordinator, Adrienne, at adrienne[at]checkyourhead.org.
